1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Prime Expert Cargo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services description

Prime Expert Cargo provides international cargo shipping services from Dubai, UAE to Ghana, including:

• Air freight services
• Sea freight services
• Door-to-door delivery services
• Customs clearance assistance
• Cargo tracking services

3. User responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating bookings
• Ensure all shipped items comply with international shipping regulations
• Declare the true value and contents of all shipments
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Prohibited items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:

• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Explosives and flammable materials
• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Hazardous and toxic materials
• Counterfeit goods and pirated materials
• Live animals (unless properly documented)
• Perishable food items (unless properly packaged)
• Currency and negotiable instruments above legal limits

5. Pricing and payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, service type, and destination. Payment terms include:

• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) or Ghanaian Cedis (GHS)
• Payment must be made before shipment dispatch
• We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile money
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for customs duties and taxes

6. Liability and insurance

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Basic insurance is included for all shipments up to the declared value
• Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure
• Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items
• Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date

7. Customs and duties

Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the receiver. We provide customs clearance assistance but cannot guarantee clearance times or outcomes. Shipments may be inspected, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.

8. Delivery and delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs clearance
• Weather-related delays
• Force majeure events
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Receiver unavailability

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies:

• Cancellations must be requested before shipment dispatch
• Refunds are subject to a processing fee
• No refunds after shipment has been dispatched
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days

10. Privacy and data protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on our website and platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Prime Expert Cargo LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
